Paid Time Off
Unless you work in Europe, you won’t find a better PTO policy than this. The OutCast Agency offers 21 vacation days during your first year at OutCast, 25 days beginning with your second working year, 30 days beginning with your fifth working year, and 35 days beginning in your sixth working year.

Birthday Paid Time Off
We understand your birthday is a day to celebrate, and what better way than to enjoy a day off? That’s right, within your birthday month, you can take a day to relax, explore, throw yourself a party or do whatever your heart desires. It’s your day to decide.

Balance Leave
OutCast recognizes that at some point in our careers we all think about taking a break from work to travel, spend time with family, or simply take time to try something new. We don’t want you to have to change jobs to have this opportunity. We offer employees who have completed five years of continuous service the opportunity for an extended leave, for a period of up to six weeks, without having to leave the organization.

The Balance Fund
To help ensure that each and every OutCast integrates balance into their life, we created the Balance Fund. After six months of employment, you can receive up to $500 toward whatever you wish each calendar year. Take French lessons. Learn to surf. Go out to a nice dinner with a French surfing instructor. It’s yours to decide!

The Excellence and Integrity Award
Six times per year, we celebrate the OutCast who best exemplifies Excellence and Integrity. Chosen by his or her peers, the award includes a commemorative certificate and a crisp William McKinley (you guessed right, that’s $500! But full disclosure, it’s actually a check). Plus, you get the recognition of your co-workers and bragging rights for a few months.

Training and Education
At The OutCast Agency, we’re committed to training programs that help employees get smarter and stay smarter throughout their careers. OutCast Training is an ongoing series taught by our own experts on tactical topics – from writing workshops to time and resource management. OutCast also hosts a guest speaker program for the entire agency – we invite top journalists from outlets such as Bloomberg BusinessWeek, TechCrunch and more to lead informal brown bag conversations. We also bring in experts to discuss various related areas from advertising to investor relations to policy work. This year-round program gives us the knowledge to stay current and connected, and makes sure that all OutCasts keep learning at every point in their career.
